Platform Usage
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the 1220 platform by users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: January 2026. These terms are subject to change and will be updated from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the 1220 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
Your continued use of the 1220 platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable conditions.
This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By using 1220's services, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
2. Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted only one active account on the 1220 platform. Registration requires accurate and current information, including your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and an email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration may result in account suspension or closure without notice.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 1220 will never ask for your password via email, message, or phone call. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Identity Verification
1220 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time, particularly during the withdrawal process or when suspicious activity is detected on your account. Failure to provide the required verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the 1220 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or any tools designed to manipulate game outcomes or platform systems.
- Colluding with other users to exploit system vulnerabilities or gain an unfair advantage.
- Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of a third party without written authorisation from 1220.
- Using your account for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Uploading, sending, or distributing content that is unlawful, threatening, or defamatory to any party through the platform.
Any breach of the above rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure, freezing of related balances, and/or appropriate legal action. 1220 reserves the right to decline any withdrawal request linked to activities that violate these terms.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
Currency and Payment Methods
All deposits and withdrawals on the 1220 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include bank transfers via FPX and supported local e-wallets. Foreign currency transactions are not accepted directly.
Deposit and Withdrawal Conditions
All deposits must comply with the minimum and maximum limits set and displayed in the account panel. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. 1220 reserves the right to request proof of payment account ownership before processing any withdrawal.
Transaction Processing Times and Limitation of Liability
Deposit and withdrawal processing times are subject to the current policy displayed on the platform. 1220 is not liable for delays caused by third-party banking systems, technical disruptions beyond our control, or verification procedures that require additional time. If you notice any discrepancy in your transaction records, please contact support within 30 days of the transaction date.
5. Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Limitation of Liability
Account Suspension and Closure
1220 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraud, or instruction from a relevant authority. Accounts inactive for a defined period may be subject to the inactive account policy communicated via account notifications. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, graphics, software, and materials on the 1220 platform are the exclusive property of 1220 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability and Third-Party Links
The 1220 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, 1220 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or service disruptions arising from use of this platform. Any links or references to third-party services within the platform are provided for user convenience only — 1220 does not control and is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those third-party websites.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
1220 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. These terms are governed by applicable law, and any disputes arising shall be resolved in accordance with procedures set by the relevant authorities.
